Ionix was founded by three operators currently serving as COO, CTO and Head of Trading at a fintech scale-up processing nine-figure USD volumes annually. We have written the code, owned the P&L, sat in front of the auditors and answered to the board.

Our consulting is shaped by that reality. We work with companies who need to move from idea to production, from fragile to resilient, or from founder-led to institutionally run, and we are comfortable doing the work ourselves rather than handing over a slide deck.

We take on a small number of engagements at a time. Every client gets a principal in the room.

Management consulting first, with the engineering to deliver it. Each practice is led by a partner with first-hand operating experience, and most engagements combine them: advice is only as good as the change it delivers.
